Newly opened Italian eatery Caffe B opens at Marina Bay Sands this month, further cementing the Integrated Resort’s status as an up-and-coming dining hub. The nouveau fine Italian dining and bar concept is helmed by a veteran Japanese chef and managed by a top Japanese culinary team specially brought in to deliver top quality Italian dining experience with Japanese finesse. Even the interior is designed by a Japanese interior designer. The restaurant also boasts a teppan-style grill room as well as an al fresco bar facing Marina Bay.
On the menu are authentic Italian dishes made with some of the best ingredients sourced from Italy and Japan such as fedelini pasta with Japanese Sakura ebi shrimp and dried mullet roe; black squid ink tonnarelli with sea urchin and eggplant in cream sauce; grilled Japanese Honmaguro blue fin tuna and grilled Kurobuta black pork.We hear that it’s wine cellar is also top-notch as it will be carrying il Pollenza wines.
