The cause for snaking queues beyond our shores, IRVINS Zig Zag Potato Chips are now enhanced with dried summer truffles, prized for their redolent nutty aroma and gastronomic qualities. According to them, the recipe took over 12 months to perfect, prepared with only the freshest truffles sourced from Italian woodlands.
These truffles boast a balanced aroma – one that is neither too earthy nor excessive – presenting an umami taste profile that enriches the snack’s flavour as a whole, finished with a sprinkling of aromatic parsley.
