Available for dinner from now till Nov 30, the decadent menu showcases one of the world’s most sought-after ingredients in different forms, from accompanying fine cheeses to being infused in velvety sauces.
Expect to feast on summer and winter truffles from around the world, as the gastronomic journey at Ginett kicks off with the likes of a Brie de Meaux with Truffle and Homemade Brioche. Set atop a fluffy homemade brioche, the rich texture of Brie de Meaux cheese complements the earthy flavours of truffle perfectly.
Then there’s the Foie Gras Bikini with Truffle and Parmesan Cheese, which sees buttery brioche stuffed with a foie gras terrine, truffles, and parmesan cheese.
Mains include the Truffle Mushroom Risotto with Sautéed Vegetables and Truffle, a comforting plate of creamy risotto paired with vibrant sautéed vegetables, then finished off with fresh truffle shavings.
Also don’t miss out on their Filet Mignon with Foie Gras, Truffles, and Truffle Morel Sauce, where the mouth-watering cut is topped with pan-seared foie gras and doused with white truffle and morel sauce.
