The exceptional CNY line-up this year will include gastronomic fare such as Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat and Fish Maw, Steamed Red Snapper Fillet with Superior Soya Sauce and Fried Garlic, and Stir-fried Pork Belly with Leek and Chilli Bean Sauce – guaranteed to excite diners of all ages. For a more international experience, look out for highlights like the Roasted Sirloin of Beef with Mixed Chinese Spices and Black Mushroom Sauce. Lunar New Year treats to sweeten your experience include an array of traditional goodies, ever-delightful bowls of Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Balls, and the nourishing White Fungus with Peach Resin and Dried Longan.
From Jan 07 to Feb 05, they’re also rolling out eight-course celebratory menus that’ll impress your treasured guests. The Abundance of Happiness menu and Bountiful Reunion menu will feature decadent dishes of Braised Shark’s Fin with Bamboo Pith and Black Fungus, Marmite Glazed Pork Chop, Steamed Red Snapper in Teochew Style, and Braised Pork Knuckle with Sea Cucumber, Black Moss and Broccoli.
If you’re planning on hosting your own gatherings at home, they’ve got you covered with selections like their Good Fortune Combo, a delectable set packed with treats like their Prosperity Lo Hei with Mini Abalone and Crispy Fish Skin, the flavourful Eight Treasures Chicken, colourful Fa Cai Luo Han Zai, and the quintessential Fragrant Fried Rice with Preserved Meat wrapped in Lotus Leaf.
