Adding a fresh touch to our local hawker and street food scene, a new burger and grill store opens at The Bedok Marketplace, where foodies have consistently been able to satisfy their cravings with time-tested hawker offerings.
Opened by the same people behind the former Homeground Grill and Bar along Serangoon Road, Fatty Patty Burger and Grill is a celebration of their love for street food. On top of exciting new creations, fans will also be thrilled to find some of their favourites dishes from the previous menu available at the new concept.
Expect to find a mouth-watering selection of unique burgers alongside their signature alcohol-infused sauces that promise to leave you craving for more.
Just like their Fat Cat mascot, the menu at Fatty Patty Burger and Grill showcases their goal to present food that is fun, indulgent, and not too serious. Look forward to highlights like their Signature Fatty Beef Burger, paired with a brown butter vodka cream sauce, the doubled-up Double Fatty Beef Burger, Bourbon BBQ Bacon Beef Burger with smoky bourbon bbq sauce, and Charcoal Grilled Whisky Ribeye, delivering the perfect bite as the whisky caramelises in the beef, absorbs the charcoal’s smokiness, then adds a touch of char.
Apart from alcohol-infused sauces, they also boast non-alcoholic choices that are equally addictive. Taste their crunchy squid and deep-fried pork belly with a garlic thai chilli mayonnaise, have the crispy chicken burger with a cajun mayonnaise, or enjoy their charcoal grilled thai chicken with sweet thai bbq chilli.
