From Jun 11 to 19, a sumptuous, six-course set dinner curated by the Japanese head chef, Shinto Iijima, is available at $220++ per person. It’s a month-long celebration as the Father’s Day Set Menu is available from now till Jun 30. From $588++ for six persons, the whole family can enjoy dishes like Baked Fillet of Sea Perch with Orange-Yuzu Compote; and Fried Rice with Crystal Prawn and Black Truffle.
The 10-person Set Menu at $888++ is a grander affair with Steamed Soon Hock Fish with Egg White and Fish Roe; Crisp-fried Fish Bone with Salt and Pepper and Stewed Noodles with Three-Head Abalone with Choy Sum.

The Japanese restaurant honours all men during Father’s Day weekend from Jun 16 to 18 with a special 60-day dry aged USDA prime beef platter, available during dinner only. The platter offers a kilogram of the prized beef, where guests can opt for the tender T-bone cut ($280++) or elevate it with the premium porterhouse ($320++). Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey
Traditional Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines can be had at both Min Jiang and Min Jiang at Dempsey which offer three Father’s Day lunch and dinner set menus for two days only on Jun 17 and 18. For $88++, $108++ or $138++ per person (depending on which menu you choose), diners can enjoy Poached Salted Silver Hill Irish Duck with Marinated Homemade Beancurd, and Shanghai-style Double boiled Whole Chicken Soup with Lobster Dumpling in Claypot in Min Jiang, and Steamed “Mee Sua” with King Prawn in Egg White at Ming Jiang at Dempsey.

Si Chuan Dou Hua (Top of UOB Plaza)
Si Chuan Dou Hua has specially curated two Parents’ Day Set Menus available from Jun 5 to 18. Comprising longstanding classic delights, they will delight both moms and dads. Pamper them with the four-person menu ($468++ per set) with exquisite dishes such as Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Korean Ginseng and Sea Whelk; Baked Lobster with Basil Leaf served in Claypot; and Double-boiled Almond Tea with Bird’s Nest.
The more indulgent 10-person menu ($918++ per set) features Steamed Yellow Croaker with Preserved Vegetable and Minced Meat; Braised Abalone served with Pork Trotter and Broccoli; and Stir-fried Soft Shell Prawn with Black Bean Paste.
