Foodies have a new place to hang out. Gourmet Park is a gourmet food truck and container park located at the Bull Ring, Resorts World Sentosa, filled with signature eats from award-winning restaurants and chefs.
This festival-like dining concept, curated and operated by Food Truck Nation (the same team behind The Goodburger), aims to bring the local food truck scene to the next level by offering a vibrant atmosphere and a wide range of cuisines in one convenient location.
Decked out with colourful food trucks and containers, there are 16 F&B brands serving local favourites and unique creations. Check out dishes by celebrated culinary heavyweights such as chef Rishi Naleendra of Kotuwa, chef Alain Devahive of Olivia Restaurant & Lounge, and chef Ivan Yeo of Blue Smoke; alongside local heroes such as The Goodburger, Chun Noodle Bar and social enterprise Mad Roaster.
What to eat
There is something for everyone, from Singaporean, Asian, American, Indian, Mexican and Middle Eastern to Sri Lankan and Spanish delicacies.
We suggest making a beeline for Blue Smoke to try its wonderfully tender Beef Brisket served with napa cabbage; Dickson Nasi Lemak for its Ayam Goreng Berempah Nasi Lemak; and Lavi for its Chicken Taco. Seafood lovers should head to Blue Lotus for the Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab Meat Rice Bowl, Luke’s Lobster for the Lobster Roll, and Kotuwa for the Prawn Kotu.
Other notable eats include Truffle Wagyu Noodle by Chun Noodle Bar, Margherita Pizza by Quattro Pizza; Bikini Barcelona by Queic & Olivia Market; Fresh Oysters with Ponzu Jelly by Seafood Bar by Bleu; Butter Chicken Roll by The Kathi Roll Co., and plant-based Impossible burgers by The Goodburger.
For dessert, Spank my dough! serves up various flavours of its Insta-famous Bombolinis and fluffy artisanal doughnuts, while Coolhaus offers animal-free dairy ice cream in guilt-free flavours such as hojicha and chocolate chip cookie dough. Then there’s Jamba with its plant-based smoothies and refreshing beverages.
