If you are tired of bountiful yu shengs and pen cai this month (not that we are complaining), try these new menus featuring outlet-exclusive dishes and classic recipes.
Tipsy Bunny
The refreshed menu at this “bunny cave hideaway” features artisanal hand-stretched pizzas, tapas, chargrilled specialties, cocktails with a unique spin on classic tipples, and more. Try hand-stretched pizzas such as Guanciale Truffle with a creamy bechamel base, guanciale ham, and a touch of jalapeno for a kick in every bite, or Meat Glory served with a selection of pork toulouse, herb sausage, salami, and mortadella.
Small bites come in bold flavours, as evidenced by the Warrior Spicy Wings (coated in the chef’s special spicy sauce), and three types of fries: Cajun & Garlic Thunder, Truffle Thunder, and the messy Dirty Fries. Hearty mains include Lobster Bisque Pasta, Pork Jowl Carbonara, and Nagano Pork Tomahawk. For dessert, Bunny Semifreddo combines mousse, ice cream, Limoncello liqueur and white chocolate for an invigorating end to your meal, while Tipsy Burnt Cheesecake is a familiar recipe complemented with a scoop of Hokey Pokey Honeycomb Gelato.
A visit to Tipsy Bunny isn’t complete without a round of cocktails. Sip on the Champagne-forward Passion Paradise; Yuzu Royale that has citrusy-flavoured sake shaken with Beefeater Gin; Johnnie Walker Lychee Coconut; strawberry-infused Mo-Jessie-To; and My One n Groni, a negroni with a chocolatey twist.
