All those spooky activities and scares can cause one to work up an appetite. So head down to Parkroyal Collection Pickering’s Lime Restaurant for a frightful feast this Halloween.
From Oct 25 to Nov 3, indulge in A SubLIME Halloween buffet with a wickedly delicious menu. The spooktacular spread promises to thrill and tanalise as diners enjoy the dishes in a sine-tingling atmosphere. Start with Chilled Tomato Gazpacho, Baked Escargot and Graveyard Pork Meatballs which are drenched in a “bloody” marinara sauce.
Those with monstrous appetites will be lured by the Josper Grill which serves up Black Pepper-crusted Wagyu Beef, Iberico Pork Ribs, Assorted Sausages and River Prawn Skewers. Bolder flavours can be had with the Bloody Mary Boston Lobster Pasta.
The finale is all treats and no tricks. Lime’s pastry chefs have created a Coconut and Raspberry Coffin Cake, Devil’s Food Cake and Bloody Chocolate Fountain that oozes with strawberry goodness. Complementing the food are two creepy cocktails, the tequila-infused Bloody Maria Eyeball (a twist on the classic Bloody Mary) and the Zombie Apocalypse Punch, a potion made with rum and juices.
