The Family Tree
Vanessa Linares’ first solo exhibition examines relationships in different forms and colors through paintings of trees and animals. The Spanish artist is heavily-influenced by Japanese manga and it becomes more evident in this series of imaginative pieces to do with family and friends.
PantoneMyArt – Tattoo in Color
The latest in the PantoneMyArt series, this year’s edition will feature 10 top Singaporean tattoo artists who have each designed an artwork in their chosen Pantone color. Instead of the skin, they translated their skills, techniques and styles onto paper, so don’t miss this exhibition if you love tattoos.
M1 Singapore Fringe Festival
The M1 Singapore Fringe Festival returns for its 11th year. This time around, new Artistic Director, theatre-maker Sean Tobi will take over the reins bringing a fresh new direction to the festival. There will be 18 events from eight countries, all centred around the theme of Art and Loss. Festival highlights include With/Out by Loo Zihan, The Duchamp Syndrome by Por Piedad Teatro and How Loneliness Goes by Nguan.
Creative Writing & Performance Workshop
This workshop will be lead by American actor and writer Claudette Sutherland (who has over 2000 classes under her belt). The workshop, consisting of 3 classes, will help you improve your abilities as a storyteller, with performance section where you can share your work.

Don’t miss this eclectic mix of music, where Japanese solo saxophonist Katsura Yamauchi will be joined by experimental musician Szkieve and local collective BALBALAB, known for their improvised electro-acoustic style.
Musical Journey with M.I.G.
Singapore’s very own super group (with top names from the local music scene like Mohamed Moor on drums, Casey Subramanian on bass and guitar and Leonardo Mendoza on the saxophone and electric wind) will be performing a fusion gig. They will be joined by jazz singer Rani Singam and entertainer Elamaran.

With/Out
Part of the annual M1 Singapore Fringe Festival, local artist Loo Zihan’s live performance With/Out reimagines the late Paddy Chew’s 1999 autobiographical play with the use of modern technology. (Chew was the first person to come out publicly about being HIV-positive in Singapore.)
