Lepark and TAJ, the people who brought you Getai Electronica are back with yet another rooftop event. This time, it’s the Lepark Sessions where you’ll see homegrown bands recording their tracks on what’s turning into our island’s hippest rooftop.
Happening over two days this weekend (Feb 28-Mar 1), the lineup includes psychedelic rockers Spacedays, everybody’s favorites .gif and jazzy hip-hop types TAJ, funky outfit Disco Hue, soul-funk band The Steve McQueens and singer-songwriter Bani Hidir featuring NaztyKeys (from 53A and The Good Life Project).
These guys will each be doing 45-minute sets from 3pm and will go on till 6pm. It’s $15 for a one day ticket, inclusive of one drink and $25 for two days and comes with two drinks. More drinks and nibbles are available at the venue; so bring some cash and a picnic mat but skip the sunblock—it’s going to be indoors this time.
