At the cold seafood section, find the freshest selection of Baby Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Blue Mussels, Little Neck Clams, and a range of Seasonal Oysters alongside unique condiments like Thai assam vinaigrette, yuzu ponzo, and a cilantro and lime emulsion to pair your seafood with. Sashimi lovers can expect the highest quality Tuna Akami, Hiramasa Kingfish, and Norwegian Salmon slices.

The premium experience continues with artisanal cuts of Beef Bresaola, Mortadella Bologna Pistachio, and Jamón Ibérico De Bellota, alongside Hot Smoked Salmon and Smoked Haddock at the Charcuterie and Cured Fish Station. Not content with stopping there, the 15 Stamford luxury boasts an exclusive Foie Gras Station serving Pan Seared Foie Gras with Banana Rum Marmalade.

Over at their pasta and noodles section, diners get to make their own pasta with capellini, fettuccine, or macaroni, cooked à la minute with choices of aged cheddar cheese, Asian aglio olio, classic basil pesto, black truffle cream, or yellow curry cream sauces. Fans will also find the restaurant’s Signature Laksa at the section.

At the Tropical Sunday Brunch grill carving section, look forward to succulent pieces of Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Pork Belly Char Siew, and Angus Beef Ribeye, or turn to the rotisserie spit roast section for perfectly chargrilled Red Snapper, Gammon Ham, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg.

For a sparkly Sunday affair, opt to enjoy free-flow champagne with Telmont’s delicious Réserve Brut and Réserve Rosé, or have tiki-themed rum cocktails curated by The Bar at 15 Stamford.
