Meat lovers have another place to shop and dine in Holland Village.
Swiss Butchery has unveiled its flagship store, House of Swiss Butchery, that aims to be a one-stop destination for affordable premium quality meats and seafood.
Find premium Angus and wagyu beef cuts at the new store, along with popular housemade truffle, sake, and champagne hams, and a selection of artisanal premium sausages. All of House of Swiss Butchery’s meats continue to be overseen by master butcher Otto Weibel.
The Holland Village store marks a new phase for the butchery which has been serving meat and gourmet products since 1994. More than just a shop, the new store has a dine-in space where, for a fee of $12, shoppers can pick their cut from the butchery and have it prepared a la minute to be enjoyed immediately. Choose from a selection of sauces (Beer Gravy, Spicy Honey Mustard, or Thyme Gravy) for an additional $3.
Other items on the menu includes Swiss Butchery Grilled Wagyu Steak ($51), Wagyu Meat Balls ($9.50), and Triple Cooked Beef Tallow Potatoes with Rosemary Salt ($10), Sapporo Candied Bacon ($7.90) and Ham Fries ($7.90), made from Swiss Butchery’s signature leg ham.
If you’re not in the mood for meat, the Seashells ($21) is a seafood alternative where a bucket of mussels or clams can be cooked in White Wine & Tomato or Chilli Flake Butter.
