On the brunch menu, the Angelina Club Sandwich, with its chicken in mayonnaise and eggs, juicy bacon, sundried tomato paste, and choice of French fries or baby Romaine lettuce salad for sides, is definitely worth waking up for. Prefer a sweet alternative? Go for the Pain Perdu Style Brioche, a jazzed-up oven-baked French toast that isn’t shy with its lashings of eggs, cream, and caramelized sugar, topped with a house-made caramel sauce drizzle. Served with a medley of fresh fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, and golden gooseberries, the uplifting toast boasts rich layers of flavours.

Starters that are sure to whet the appetite, there’s the quintessentially-French Oven-Baked Camembert, where a whole camembert is oven-baked for 10 minutes to get that decadent molten finish, then served with a garden salad, sliced apples, dried figs, roasted nuts, and toasted sourdough. Another traditional highlight is the Oven-Baked Escargot, with six juicy escargots coated with cream spinach, then braided in parmesan garlic crumb and baked to perfection.

Moving on to mains, the Fantasy of Grilled Seafood Aglio Olio presents zesty bites of spaghetti embellished with scallops, King prawns, and mussels tossed in garlic, bird’s eye chilli, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil. There’s also their Smokey Atlantic Salmon Fillet, a smoke-infused pan-seared salmon fillet with shimeji mushrooms, green pea puree, and raspberry coulis, and Traditional French Duck Confit, cured in fat before going into the oven for a 5-hour roast at low heat till it’s meltingly tender, then served with vegetables, garlic mashed potato, caramelised onions, and an orange honey reduction to further elevate its flavours and cut through the brine and fat. Another must-try on the menu is the indulgent Black Angus Sirloin Steak, grilled to succulent golden-brown perfection.

End your meal on a high with Angelina’s famed desserts such as their Mont Blanc, featuring light-as-air meringue, rich chestnut puree, souffle whipped cream, and a delicate crown of chestnut cream vermicelli. The irresistible Paris Brest also makes a return with its fluffy choux pastry, praline mousseline cream, hazelnut crunch, and caramelised hazelnut, and hazelnut paste.
