KFC Singapore has given new meaning to breakfast in bed with its limited-edition KFC Porridge Blanket. For the first time ever, the fast food chain has released a cosy blanket that will entice everyone to snuggle up with their favourite breakfast food. It even comes replete with motifs of KFC’s breakfast items, such as burger, waffle, porridge and Twister designs.
The KFC Porridge Blanket will be available at $9.95 with purchase of the Original Recipe Porridge and Twister Buddy Meal ($12.90, dine-in and takeaway) at selected KFC Singapore stores from Aug 14 to Sep 10, or a la carte at $19.90.
Get it at these 10 KFC Breakfast Stores islandwide: Kallang, Jurong Point, Causeway Point, Compass One, Plaza Singapura, Northpoint, Choa Chu Kang, VivoCity, NEX and White Sands. There are only 90 pieces per store, and the redemption is limited to one blanket per transaction. It is not available for delivery orders via GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo and KFC Delivery.
There’s nothing like a comforting bowl of porridge in the morning (or any time of the day) so this is a winning combination. The KFC Original Recipe Porridge is a hearty bowl of slow-cooked jasmine rice and chunks of Original Recipe chicken fillet topped with fried shallots and spring onions. The KFC Original Recipe Twister has Original Recipe chicken fillet, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cheddar and mayonnaise wrapped in a toasted tortilla.
