C.O.T.U. does not shy away from what it wants to be – the Centre of the Universe, as its name proudly proclaims. From what we’ve seen, the brand new, multi-concept venue is poised to be Asia’s most anticipated dining and entertainment destination, an address for an immersive blend of sophisticated corporate lounges, exquisite dining and dynamic nightlife.
Born and located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, the pioneering venue is set across a sprawling 18,000-square-foot space, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. It integrates fine dining and sophisticated cocktails against a poolside oasis backdrop for a day-to-night lifestyle experience.
Set atop CapitaGreen at Raffles Place, C.O.T.U. is described as having “the vibrant energy of New York City coupled with the neon allure of Shinjuku in Tokyo, to Singapore”, thanks to an international team of hospitality experts who aim to reshape the sophisticated luxury entertainment landscape across Asia.

C.O.T.U is home to five distinctly original and bold dining and entertainment signature experiences: Dashi Sky Pool; Enso Steakhouse (a modern Japanese steakhouse); The Whisper Room (an intimate space for cocktails and live jazz); Little Birdie Cocktail Bar; and the exclusive Dashi Go-Go ultra-lounge.
Little Birdie: The 30-seater theatrical cocktail bar is hidden in plain sight, pairing a distinct cocktail menu with ever-evolving experiential omakase plates. It is led by Elliot Pascoe, head mixologist and the creative force behind C.O.T.U’s entire beverage programme (he previously helmed Sydney’s Bulletin Palace and Singapore’s 28 Hong Kong Street, both on the World’s 50 Best Bars list).
Enso Steakhouse: This modern 72-seater Japanese-inspired steakhouse reimagines the art of steak, elevating the traditional T-bone and in-house aged premium cuts with refined Japanese culinary sensibilities. Dine against unobstructed views of Marina Bay while enjoying a specially curated wine list and sake programme.
Whisper Room: This is a live entertainment cocktail bar inspired by iconic New York jazz clubs. It’s an all-day, high-energy parlour that transitions from a daytime meeting spot to an vibrant nightlife venue, perfect for both business gatherings and social soirees.
Dashi Go Go: Inspired by the Neo-Tokyo Bladerunner aesthetic, this exclusive neon-lit, high-energy ultra lounge can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Dashi Sky Pool: Soak in the jacuzzi or just sip cocktails in a cabana next to the laid-back, open-air pool. A selection of picnic baskets is also available.
