Other must-try dishes synonymous with Peru is Ceviche Carretilla ($34), a sharp, tangy and spicy dish of marinated red snapper in Aji Amarillo Tiger’s Milk; and Papa Rellena ($28 per piece), housemade potato croquettes stuffed with traditional beef stew.

Bold smoky flavours can be enjoyed with Anticuchos Con Pancita ($34). Meaty Peruvian-style beef heart skewers are grilled over an open charcoal and further fragranced with pork tripe, baby corn and spicy, tangy anticuchera sauce.
