Dim sum lovers, ready your chopsticks because Tim Ho Wan has launched their latest season-exclusive dishes you wouldn’t want to miss. From now till early-Jan, the award-winning restaurant chain is elevating their handcrafted specialities with more premium ingredients to celebrate the year-end joy.
Take their signature rice rolls for instance: the Japanese Sakura Ebi Shrimp & Scallion Rice Rolls come topped with deep-fried Sakura Ebi shrimp and garnished with fragrant chopped scallions. A house-made soya sauce is poured over these thin rolls, balancing out the flavours for a savoury dish that nails the spot.
Receiving a similarly special treatment is the Crabmeat Fried Rice with Sakura Ebi Shrimp & Tobiko. Their crowd-favourite egg fried rice is now enhanced with chunky crabmeat, fried Sakura Ebi, and tobiko for extra umami goodness.
Complement your carbs with the Truffle Mushroom Buns that are filled with five different types of minced mushroom, cooked in truffle paste sweetened with razor clams and abalone.
Also, don’t miss out on the Canadian Scallop & Shrimp Fried Pancake, where scallop and shrimp fillings are sandwiched between crisp bean curd skin before being seasoned with salt and pepper. Dip them in the accompanying Worcestershire sauce for an extra tang.
