Chef Alvin Leung returns to headline an exclusive four-hands dinner

Known for his iconic style, culinary craftsmanship, and “Demon Chef” moniker, Michelin-starred celebrity chef Alvin Leung will be making a much-anticipated return to Singapore in a rare showcase where he’ll be headlining a limited-time four-hands dinner menu at his namesake restaurant, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung.

Exciting news for gourmands, epicureans, and fans from this side of the world, the exclusive dinner experience will be happening from Oct 18 to 23, where he’ll be partnering 15 Stamford’s own Chef de Cuisine Jay Siaw to present a captivating showcase of culinary artistry with an exquisite all-beef eight-course meal.

A master of European cuisine and scratch-cooking techniques, Chef Jay is the former Head Chef of Chef Otto Weibel’s famous Black Marble steakhouse and will putting his beef-oriented mastery on display, adding a touch of smoke and beef to the table with this compelling four-hands crossover menu.

Expect intriguing highlights such as a Beef Chocolate & Foie Gras Parfait to start the dinner, followed by increasingly elevated flavours from the likes of Truffle Wagyu Beef Cheek Dumpling to Frozen Dong Ding Oolong Tea with beef cream espuma.

Not forgetting to end with a bang, the menu also features a unique Beef Tallow Chocolate Sponge dessert – a first-of-its-kind treat with frozen beef consommé, red wine cherry, roasted rice cracker, and strawberry mint.
