Delighting foodies since 1998, popular hotpot chain Xiabu Xiabu was founded in Beijing before debuting in Hong Kong 9 years ago, where they’ve since gained much recognition and praise. Marking another milestone in their journey, they’ve now arrived in Singapore with the recent opening of their very first overseas outlet.
The mastermind behind the revolutionary individual hotpot concept, Xiabu Xiabu changed the way hotpot is enjoyed, paving the way for us to enjoy the warm comfort of hotpot dining even when out alone.
Find them at Lazada One along Bras Basah, where hotpot lovers will get to enjoy bubble tea from Tea Mi Tea and Xiabu Xiabu’s offerings within the same space. A perfect spot for any occasion and group size, Xiabu Xiabu Singapore features a cosy bar-style concept decked out in earthy tones and light wood accents.
Their value-for-money range of delectable options include customisable personal hotpot sets allow diners to choose pick their choice of soup base and meat, accompanied with a vegetable platter, unlimited condiments from the condiment bar, servings from the ice slushie bar, rice or noodles, and a choice of Da Hong Pao or Aged Pu Er tea.
Specially created for their debut outlet in Singapore, Xiabu Xiabu’s dual hotpot option aims to cater to our local taste. With the dual hotpot, enjoy their rich Mushroom Soup Base made with King Trumpet mushrooms, white button mushrooms, and Blaze mushrooms, along with a choice of your preferred soup base – including their highly-recommended Golden Sauerkraut Soup, an umami broth of Sichuan sour vegetables, marinated mustard greens, golden apple, and rosemary, comforting Stew Pork Tripe and Chicken Soup, punchy Nanyang Curry Soup, classic Tomato Soup, and spicy Sichuan Style Soup.
Signature items to look forward to on the menu include highlights like Spain Pork Belly, USDA Choice Ribeye, Fuzhou Balls flown in straight from Taiwan, and cooked dishes such as Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice and Spicy Fried Popcorn Chicken.
