Serving us mouth-watering experiences of true Malaysian tze char and Chinese dishes here in Singapore, Crown Prince Kitchenette has gained quite a following with their authentic offerings, bringing us a taste of Malaysia and even some of their hard-to-find dishes.

Prepping for the upcoming Chinese New Year, they’ve also launched two new set menus to usher in an auspicious year and leave us with unforgettable memories as we bond with loved ones over a delicious reunion meal.

Made for families of 5, the Auspicious Set starts off with a Fortune Abalone Yee Sang for you to toss to a year of prosperity. Then, dig into comforting bowls of Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat and fresh Hong Kong Steamed Soon Hock. Meat lovers will be thrilled to find the bold Braised Pork Knuckle and Crispy Roasted Sesame Chicken on the menu, before moving on to the vibrant and nourishing Braised Oriental Mushrooms with Fish Maw & Garden Greens.

Finish off with the traditional Braised Ee Fu Noodles with Mushrooms then end on a sweet note with their refreshing Longan with Sea Coconut dessert.

For bigger groups, go for the Fortune Set, designed for 8 pax. After enjoying your Yu Sheng platter, indulge in Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat, but with the addition of fresh scallops for that extra sweetness. Enjoy the mouth-watering Steamed Red Grouper with Minced Garlic & Soy Sauce, before a fragrant Angelica Herbal Roast Duck is served.

The premium experience continues with Superior Soy Sauce Prawns and a Ten Head Abalone with Oriental Mushrooms vegetable dish, before you dig into the Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice staple. Then cap the meal off with a delicious Double Boiled Peach Gum with Red Dates dessert.

Available for both dine-in and takeaway, their hearty seafood Poon Choi features yam, bean gluten, smoked duck, sea cucumber, cabbage, winter mushrooms, dried scallops, prawns, and chicken mid-wings with braised pork, dried oyster, fish maw, and abalone in a superior broth for that true CNY indulgence.
