Through years of preserving and elevating the rich traditions of Chinese cuisine, the Crystal Jade Group now takes another forward in the expansion of their portfolio with Crystal Jade Pavilion, their new fine-dining concept – the group’s third in Singapore.

Featuring a soothing teal shade of elegance, the new restaurant in VivoCity presents a picturesque view of the waterway and their neighbouring Sentosa island as they dish out an inspired menu of specialties that span traditional gems to modern interpretations of Chinese classics.

Helmed by Group Executive Chef Martin Foo, the consummate team at Crystal Jade Pavilion is set to impress with highlights from cold starters like Chilled Tomato with Roselle Plum and Chilled Fresh Lily Bulb and Cordyceps Flower with King Oyster Mushroom, to equally compelling hot appetisers the likes of Deep-fried Mushroom and Corn with Salted Egg Yolk and Crispy Bi Feng Tang Eggplant.

From the quintessential roast menu, find an indulgent Pan-fried Sliced Duck and Foie Gras with Crepe alongside stars like Roasted Pork Collar Marinated with Mirin Sauce. Then warm your stomach with nourishing bird’s nest or soups like the seafood-forward Poached Scotland Bamboo Surf Clam in Prawn Broth.

While there, be sure not to miss out on their live seafood, straight from the tanks. The firm and fleshy Pan-fried Threadfin with Supreme Soya Sauce comes highly recommended.

Pair your rice with the sizzling fragrance of Fresh Chinese Yam with Sea Cucumber in Fragrant Spicy Sauce served in Claypot, or go for exquisite noodle options such as Angel Hair Pasta with Seafood & Truffle Sauce or the unique Braised Duo Vermicelli with Pearl Abalone & Pork Belly in Abalone Sauce.
