At LeNu noodle bar, spice lovers will be thrilled to indulge in the new Szechuan Poached Chicken Cold La Mian, a hard-hitting bowl of spicy goodness doused in a house-made sauce containing more than 10 types of ingredients and a myriad of chilli and spices.
Served with tender poached chicken, chopped peanuts, coarse sugar, and crunchy cucumber strips for a delectable combination of taste, texture, and aroma, pieces of soft-centred century egg tie them all together with their distinct creaminess for a masterfully executed bowl of punchy noodles.
Adding a touch of luxury to their menu, find the new Ebiko Prawn Paste Tossed Truffle Ramen at Le Shrimp Ramen. Unbelievably aromatic, every bowl of house-made ebiko prawn paste and springy ramen noodles is tossed with premium truffle sauce, before chopped spring onions are added for an extra dash of herbaceous fragrance.
