From now till Jun 16, Hai Tien Lo presents two set menus for Father’s Day, showcasing nostalgic and elegant Cantonese cuisine. Treat dad to a Nanyang-style feast at Red House Seafood, as the homegrown restaurant chain presents an array of dishes, from outlet exclusives to familiar soul-satisfying classics. The Parents Day eight-course set menu ($98 per person, minimum two persons) is perfect for families. The modern Japanese bistro promises an exciting Father’s Day Weekend on Jun 15 and 16, spotlighting a contemporary menu of Japanese favourites served in a convivial setting. A complimentary glass of Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc sets the tone for the meal, followed by the bistro’s iconic Rock & Roll makis, including the AC/DC Dynamite, featuring a tempura-fried mixed seafood rice roll capped by Japanese cucumber with raw seafood, avocado, and drizzled over with house-made Sriracha sweet soy.

The Line is pulling out all the stops for Father’s Day this year with a seafood-centric buffet brunch. Available on 16 June 2024 from 12pm to 3pm and priced at $148 per adult, the buffet includes free flow of soft drinks, chilled juices, coffee, and tea. Kick off the meal with appetisers such as freshly sliced sashimi and a seafood platter, before indulging in the ocean’s bounty served in a myriad of cooking styles.

Seafood takes centre stage at Maison Boulud, acclaimed chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud’s latest dining venture at Marina Bay Sands. Like its award-winning sister concept in Montreal, the 146-seater French restaurant carries Chef Boulud’s signature style of cooking, which embodies soulful French cuisine, inspired by his travels around the world.
