Pulling all the stops this year as we look forward to the arrival of the upcoming Chinese New Year, Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road goes all out to present a Lunar New Year celebration of art and food.

Make your CNY feast a special one this year as you indulge in Sichuan specialties, such as a King Garoupa with Fresh Sichuan Peppercorn, a dish exclusive to Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. Enjoy the natural sweetness of a steamed Indonesian king grouper, fragranced with Sichuan peppercorn for that extra punch of heat. Fans will also not want to miss out on the Spicy Sichuan-Style Lobster, deshelled and cooked in a medley of Sichuan chilli peppers.

Another outlet-exclusive item to look out for is their delicious Braised Lobster with Fish Paste Noodles in Superior Stock. Boiled for over 4 hours, warm your tummy with the rich Double-boiled Chicken Broth with Sea Cucumber, Matsutake Mushroom, and Dried Scallop, or go for the creamy Braised Bird’s Nest with Fresh Fish Maw in Crab Meat Sauce.

Their Pan-fried Auspicious Nian Gao and adorable Bunny-shaped Milk Pudding promises to end your meal on all the right notes.

Have a vegetarian crowd in mind? Si Chuan Dou Hua’s Vegetarian Set Menu features an equally mouth-watering feast with Chinese New Year staples but made with all meatless ingredients. The set also comes with a Perfect Harmony Vegetarian Yusheng to toss to an auspicious year ahead.

On top of the CNY festivities, they’ll also be hosting a photography exhibition by veteran Singaporean artist Chua Soo Bin from Jan 06 to Mar 26, celebrating the joy of life in Singapore through his eyes.
