Enjoy tantalising flavours like the numbing spice of their Salmon Belly Katsu with Mala Sauce, hearty Salmon Belly Katsu with Mayonnaise, and succulent Chicken Steak with Wafu Black Pepper Sauce. Only available till May 08, Ichiban Boshi’s Spring-exclusive items boast a stellar line-up the likes of a Sakura Tai no Chirashi, Hotate Cheese no Kaiyaki, and Spring Tempura Moriawase for a taste of the season’s freshest flavours.
