Putting a spin on their wildly popular Signature Mala Broth, the debuting Mala Milk Broth lends a tasty creaminess to the soup whilst removing some of its spicy heat with the addition of milk, giving the broth a richer flavour.
Also receiving an upgrade is their fan-favourite prawn paste. The new Tobiko Chunky Prawn Paste features the same smooth paste with chunks of fresh prawns, mixed with generous portions of fish roe for added texture and oceanic taste.
Continuing the milk theme, fans of beef will love their Beef in Milk Bath, where melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu is doused in milk. For more punch, go for the Sichuan Pepperfect Beef Tongue, marinated in Sichuan peppercorn oil and ready to eat in just 15 seconds.
To complement your meaty indulgence, Haidilao introduces the Low-fat, Low-cal Konjac Slices which satisfies all your health and fitness requirements without any compromise on taste. New carb options on the menu also include the wide Sweet Potato Noodles that’ll perfectly soak up your broth’s flavours, and crunchy Waterfall Potato Strings which take just 8 seconds to cook.
