10 years since they appeared in our city to much fanfare and excitement, globally renowned hotpot chain Haidilao is once again making waves in Singapore with the opening of their first “smart” outlet.
In tandem with their 10th anniversary celebrations, the hotpot chain welcomes fans and diners to their unique intelligent service restaurant at Northshore Plaza.
Featuring the first-ever robot arms technology and Intelligent Food Room, Haidilao at Northshore Plaza takes the brand’s multimedia experience a step further to dish out our orders safely and even more efficiently.
On top of the immersive multimedia dining experience, their automated kitchen is equipped with a soup machine that’s able to accurately customise your favourite soup base and their respective ingredients. Fans get to customise their soup bases to individual preferences, including such options such less oil, less, salt, sediment removal, and even a taste and flavour gauge that ranges from 0 to 100%!
At Northshore Plaza, diners get to observe robot arms at work through a transparent glass screen as they prepare our orders in a specially built cold room, automatically selecting our dishes based on each table’s order and sorting them respectively – all within the Intelligent Food Room that’s kept at a constant 0 to 4 degrees Celsius, minimising any potential risk of germ transmission from human food handling.
Of course, all dishes will still be quality-checked by their staff before being served. In the meantime, don’t forget to look out for the adorable robot characters on screen as they dance and have fun whenever they’re able to catch a breather between orders.
And that’s not all: In celebration of their 10th anniversary in Singapore, Haidilao will be offering 2 exclusively dishes at $10 weekly to thank diners for their support.
