Din Tai Fung Steamed Chilli Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao
Din Tai Fung invites diners to celebrate Home in true Singaporean style with the return of crowd-favourite Steamed Chilli Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao from Jul 1 to Aug 31. These iconic morsels ($11.50 for four pieces) are filled with pork and sweet crab meat, and fiery chilli crab-based broth for a bold and spicy flavour. As usual, each parcel is wrapped in delicate skin with exactly 18 folds, and then steamed. But the best part? Get more bite for your buck as each Steamed Chilli Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao is 40 percent larger than a regular Xiao Long Bao.

Fufu Pot Chilli Crab Pot
Located on the sixth floor of Plaza Singapura, Fufu Pot specialises in soul-soothing, value-for-money individual hotpots. To celebrate National Day, it has introduced a Chilli Crab Pot that pays homage to the iconic dish. Sweet and spicy crab flavours are now presented in a simmering hotpot soup with the best ocean catch, including a whole blue swimmer crab, prawns, scallops and clams. Mix and match your soup with your choice of vegetables and proteins.

Eggslut x Jumbo Seafood Chilli Crab Sandwich and Chilli Crab Slut
Homegrown seafood restaurant Jumbo Seafood and cult sandwich shop Eggslut have come together to premiere two new creations, exclusively available from Jul 7 to Sep 30 at Eggslut Scotts Square and Suntec City. Indulge in Chilli Crab Sandwich ($16), a combo of Jumb’s fresh chilli crab and cage-free scrambled eggs in a warm brioche bun (diners can opt to swap the buns with arugula salad); and Chilli Crab Slut ($12), featuring a coddled egg, premium chilli crab, and house-made potato purée, served with crusty baguette slices.

Paradise Teochew Singapore Chilli Crab wrapped in Egg White Crêpe and Paradise Dynasty Pan-fried Singapore Chilli Crab Bun
At Paradise Group, chefs have reimagined their specialties with distinctive local influences, and Paradise Teachew’s Singapore Chilli Crab wrapped in Egg White Crêpe ($42.80) is one of them. Using the Singapore chilli crab recipe perfected by the Group over the past 20 years, these delightful little parcels feature mud crab immersed in a velvety fiery sauce encased in a thin layer of egg white crepe.
Over at Paradise Dynasty, chefs have created two dishes: Braised Pork Rib with Singapore Tiger Beer and the Pan-fried Singapore Chilli Crab Bun ($13.80 for three pieces). The latter is both crispy and fluffy at the same time, filled with Seafood Paradise’s chilli crab sauce and crab meat.
