Over at the property’s resident Italian restaurant Publico Ristorante, you’ll be in for a festive time with their Christmas specials. From now till Dec 22, highlights on the à la carte dine-in menu includes the La Nostra Pizza di Natale, which puts a festive spin on Publico’s signature wood-fired pizza. The dish features savoury pork cotechino, sweet chestnuts, and potato – a classic combination for a hearty, comforting dish.
Other must-try items are the Filetto di Merluzzo in Padella, a delightfully tender cod fish fillet with carnaroli rice, peas, and Gallinacci mushrooms, as well as an Orecchiette Pugliese, where house-made orecchiette is tossed in a rich broccolini sauce, topped with shaved black truffle and pecorino.
If an intimate celebration at home with your loved ones is what you prefer, opt for the festive takeaway specials with their Sous Vide Shoulder of Lamb, Roast Australian Angus Beef Brisket and Honey Glazed Baked Ham.
