Say annyeong haseyo (“hello” in Korean) during your next visit to Peppermint. The restaurant at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay invites diners to embark on a gastronomic journey to Korea with an all-you-can-eat buffet from now till May 31. 

Indulge in a wide variety of Korean dishes from chef de cuisine Leon Yee and his culinary team. Enjoy dishes such as Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup), Jjajiangmyeon (Noodes with Chicken in Black Bean Sauce), Beef Bulgogi (Korean Grilled Black Angus Beef), Gogi-Gul (Grilled Korean Premium Meat, served with lettuce and condiments) and more.

Of course, there are comforting stews such as Sundubu Jigae (Spicy Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood, and Budae Jigae (Army Stew).

Korean cuisine is known for its range of side dishes, and there’s plenty to be had at the buffet, from Baechu Kimchi (Cabbage Kimchi) to Yeongeun Jorim (Sweet Soy Braised Lotus Roots).

Korean street food is also on the menu. Nakji Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Octopus) are Dakkochi (Korean Spicy Chicken Skewers) are just some of the mouth-watering treats. 

Diners will get a chance to try traditional desserts typically enjoyed by Koreans on special occasions, such as Yakwa (Korean Wheat Honey Pastry) and Yaksi (Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chestnuts, Jujube and Pine Nuts).
