Available exclusively on Dec 24 and 25, the festive line-up kicks off with starters of Scallop Carpaccio using fresh Hokkaido scallops and Coned Escargot. This is followed by a US Giant Asparagus, elevated with a homemade fontina sauce, parmesan crisps, and fresh seasonal truffles, as well as a Gary’s specialty – the Alaskan King Crab Pasta.
A flaky Baked Cod Fish is served right after, with a rich and umami anchovy sauce, while meat lovers look forward to the Arita Wagyu, which comes accompanied with a potato cake, asparagus, porcini, and wine jus.
For those who love traditional Italian desserts, a Panettone Pudding makes an appearance at the end of the meal for a perfect sweet-ender.
Wine pairings are available for an added buzz, where you get to enjoy a flight of exquisite wines like the Le Volte Dell Ornellaia Toscana IGT 2019 and Petter Zemmer Pinot Noir 2021 with your hearty mains.
Alternatively, head down for a leisurely afternoon with their Christmas Day Brunch course. Fresh Japanese Oysters are served on an ice bed for a start before you move on to some creamy Burrata with Parma Ham and a selection of truffled eggs.
Leave space for Gary’s signature Seafood Pasta studded with prawns, mussels, clams, and squid, as well as the Catch of the Day and a choice of either a Pork Tomahawk or MBS 7 Striploin. Then finish your meal on a high note with Gary’s celebratory Dessert Platter, featuring a trio of Signature Tiramisu, Pistachio Nougat Parfait, and Panna Cotta.
