Deliveroo has teamed up with the spirited rotisserie and bar, Chico Loco, to present a Chico Mexmas Bundle ($160) which includes two rotisserie chickens (brined in an umami solution for eight hours, basted with herbs and roasted over an open fire for an hour), Chico Slaw (a blend of green papaya, cabbage, mint and spiced macadamia nuts), Esquites (sweet corn on the cob layered with chipotle mayo and aged cotija cheese), and X’mas Special Potato Salad.

The North Indian-style Roasted Turkey with Makhani Sauce from Goodwood Park Hotel is a delicious new savoury option that pairs well with vegetable korma, Kashmiri rice, and plain naan. The Salt-Encrusted Turkey ($168, 4kg) is served with chestnut stuffing, bacon-thyme potato, butter-poached brussels sprouts, cranberry orange sauce, and pan gravy.

Led by director of culinary and beverage Isaac Henry, the team at Sofitel Singapore City Centre has put together a premium ensemble of all-you-can-eat Western and Asian delicacies for Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner (from $158++) and Christmas Day Brunch (from $158++).
Mains include Grilled Octopus with Lemon Butter, Spiced Cured Pork Belly with Artichoke Barigoule, and Confit Duck Leg with Chestnuts and Citrus Jus. A noteworthy dish from the line-up is the Cointreau and Honey Glazed Kurobuta Ham from the carvery. It features English Kurobuta which is rolled into a 1.5kg ham, roasted with cloves and caramelised in a blend of Cointreau and honey reduction.
