Parkway Parade, the OG shopping mall in the east, has been revitalised with a new F&B precinct. 

This suburban gastronomic haunt consists of 14 stores (12 F&B and two lifestyle brands) spanning across a total area of over 26,000 square feet.

Ai-Cha

Discover an array of exciting new tenants and dining concepts that will keep you and the whole family coming back for more. Making its debut in the east is Ai-Cha, a popular bubble tea and ice cream chain from Indonesia. Known for their pocket-friendly prices, its menu comprises a variety of fresh ice cream, real fruit tea, original tea, and milk tea.

Akauo Okowa Set from Saboten + Tagosaku

Fans of Japanese cuisine can head to Saboten + Tagosaku, a two-in-one dining concept only at Parkway Parade. Saboten is a renowned Tonkatsu restaurant chain in Japan with more than 500 branches worldwide. For Tagosaku, it is the restaurant’s first foray into Singapore. A well-known name with over 90 outlets in Japan, it is famous for their Okowa – a Japanese steamed rice dish made with glutinous rice mixed with meat or vegetables. 

Other familiar dining options include Paradise Classic, Dal.komm Coffee and Coffee Bar, Koi The and Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks.

The F&B precinct is part of the continuous enhancements to the nearly 40-year-old mall, marking the beginning of its revitalisation plans and upgrades (including the new Marine Parade MRT station nearby). 

Parkway Parade has also welcomed other new tenants such as floral-themed dining Café Q Classified, Tenya, and the first cocktail bar in a supermarket that allows you to slip in some social time in between shopping at FairPrice Xtra.  

It recently refurbished its fashion precinct that brought returning and new brands together into one space. Tenants include Uniqlo, Cotton On, Dyson, Keihl’s, and Chanel Beauty which is the first and only store in the east.
