After a successful year-long pop-up (fans reportedly queued from 5.30am when it first opened last year), Miracle Coffee has officially opened at the lobby of ArtScience Museum, Marina Bay Sands.

The grand opening saw over 120 invited guests in attendance, including local personalities and homegrown singers such as Carrie Yeo, Diya Tan, beatboxer Dharni, hip hop artist ShiGGa Shay and national badminton player Loh Kean Yew.

“We have always wanted Miracle Coffee to be more than just a cafe, where dreamers and coffee enthusiasts can come together to savour everyday miracles,” says Lin, who founded the brand in 2017 and already has stores in Taipei and China. Hence the opening also welcomed the first installation of The Miracle Lab series, a sharing platform for coffee enthusiasts that is broadcasted live on Instagram @jjlin and @miraclecoffeesg

In addition, a new food menu was revealed. At the forefront are whimsical desserts created in collaboration with MBS’ executive pastry chef Hoi Kuok I. They feature popular local ingredients celebrating familiar flavours reminiscent of Lin’s childhood such as Rainbow Roti and Kopi Choux Puff.

The cafe offers four cloud-shaped mini cakes emblematic of Miracle Coffee’s signature cloud logo: Weather Cloud, Rainbow Cloud, Rainy Cloud and Thunder Cloud. Also look out for Singapore-exclusives such as Kaya Cloud.

Don’t forget the coffee. Miracle Coffee uses specially curated single origin beans that are rotated regularly, and sourced ethically and sustainably. This season’s selection features beans from Peru for espresso-based drinks, and Papua New Guinea (Tairora Washed) and Myanmar(Pa’O Natural) for pour over drinks.
