Gastronomes, take note. From May 15 to 28, Marina Bay Sands will host its inaugural two-week food and wine festival, “Where Your Senses Feast”.

With over 30 unique dining experiences, the festival is part of a series celebrating food, wellness, music, and more at the integrated resort.

Choosing where to eat will be worth it. Among the chefs leading these sensory escapades are renowned Australian restaurateur and chef Luke Mangan, Asia’s Best Female Chef 2023 Johanna Siy, and Stefan Stiller of three-Michelin-starred Taian Table in Shanghai.

On May 19 and 20, chef Stiller joins Marina Bay Sands’ in-house stars Greg Bess and Tetsuya Wakuda for the headline event, Six Star Dinner. Enjoy a five-course sit-down in an inflatable pop-up pavilion with astrological and elemental themes at The Event Plaza.

Bangkok’s Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn’s four-course modern Thai is served amidst live piano music and whimsical floral arrangements.
