Eyes are immediately drawn to the generative digital art which is featured on a 14-metre by 3-metre screen that changes throughout the day to suit various moods and settings. Geometric design motifs dominate the ceiling, while a collection of paintings, sculptures and digital art brought together by art consultants, The Artling, are displayed throughout.

But wait, there’s more…
Come early 2024 is Nova, the tallest rooftop bar in Singapore located at Level 63 just above HighHouse. SG Magazine had a sneak peek and the view was nothing short of awe-inspiring.

But we are not just talking about the unrestricted 360-degree view. Perched atop the skyscraper is Astra, a very large star-shaped light installation by artist Jun Ong that elicited audible gasps at first sight. Someone remarked it looked like something from Superman’s Fortress of Solitude; I thought it could have been from Cybertron.

Made of stainless steel and LED lights that pulse, flicker and change colour, the sci-fi-inspired installation forms the backdrop of what is already a dramatic setting. We predict that Nova would become the perfect vantage point to experience the sunlit cityscape, the golden hues of sunset or the canvas of twinkling night sky. Stay tuned for more details.

HighHouse is at 1 Raffles Place, #62-01, Singapore 048616. Make reservations here.
