Sui Gin Soda
Crunch into juicy fried chicken and wash it all down with a drink of Sui Gin Soda. Sui Gin has a clear and refreshing profile with notes of yuzu, green tea and ginger; it is best mixed with just soda water to let the gin’s natural sweetness shine through.
In an exclusive collaboration between Sui Gin and 10 restaurants and bars, diners can explore chicken karaage prepared in a myriad of unique, innovative ways. Each iteration features a unique chicken karaage paired with Sui Gin Soda, be it original and crunchy, hot and spicy or special and saucy.
Catfish, for example, pays tribute to the original with Karaage Fried Chicken with Spicy Ebi Mayo; Boruto offers Charcoal Karaage that comes with a black charcoal batter; and Kiwami switches things up with Tebasaki Wings – crispy fried chicken wings glazed in a sweet and savoury sauce. Other restaurants and bars in the collaboration include Ohayo Mamasan, Gudsht, Sabar, Takeshi San, Tempura Makino; Tamashii, and Umami 10.
The pairings are available from now till Jul 31. Visit Sui Gin’s Instagram page for more details.
