Until May 26, enjoy Roku Gin enhanced with the essence of fruits harvested at their “shun” (freshest and best) and expertly blended with traditional gin botanicals in exclusive cocktails at six of Singapore’s top bars.
Each bartender presents three cocktails using Roku Gin and a specialty spring ingredient. With a timeline through May, why not swing by all six?
For Haru Yo Koi ($25), senior bartender Yahan marries Roku Gin with cherry brandy, chocolate, cherry puree, Okinawa brown sugar, cream and lemon juice. Picnic in Spring ($25) features cherry brandy, hojicha, and Campari, while Little Blossom ($25) has lemon verbena cherry cordial and St. Germain.

Senior bartender Amos Kew captures its zesty presence in Roku Gin in Dashi Martini ($25) with Tio Pepe, sencha dashi, orange, and flower water. Sansho Sour ($25) includes Cointreau, sansho syrup, firewater, and Gyokura mist. Sakura Hi ($25) is a thirst-quencher with peach liqueur, yuzu juice, and soda water.
Roku Gin with strawberry, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice go into principal bartender David Kim’s Ichigo Fizz ($28). Spring Blossom ($28) enlivens Roku Gin with geranium syrup, lemon juice and foamee, while Little Charm ($28) introduces Roku Gin with strawberry shochu.
Head bartender Edu’s Healthy Wealthy ($26) is a sweet buttery drink with avocado syrup, banana purée, and half and half. Lean & Green ($26) features Roku Gin with mint and citrus. Lip-smacking Champion’s Breakfast ($26) includes Roku Gin, Earl Grey tea, citrus, and burnt toast.
Rhubarb’s tart flavour along with clarified rhubarb juice, chamomile, and grapefruit oil appear in group bar manager Reshawn’s Rhubarb & Chamomile ($24). Rhubarb Gimlet ($24) is punchy with yuzu reduction and orange bitters, while Rhubarb Fizz ($24) is refreshing with Roku Gin, rhubarb juice, lime aperitif and tonic water.
Head Bartender Sophia Kang adds Roku Gin’s plum to Gayokko Suru ($26) with umeshu and sakura florals. Ume No Hana ($26) has a fruity-floral flavour with Roku Gin, lychee liqueur, black plum, rose, and lemon juice. Amaro Montenegro, green plum marmalade, plum bitters, and soda give Granny’s Remedy ($26) its hearty herbaceousness.
