Ushering in the start of the festive season, PAUL Singapore’s big book of Christmas cheer is back with fan favourites making a welcomed return and tasty new additions found in the line-up. The menu will feature a range of festive treats from bite-sized canapés and savoury mains, to perfectly decadent sweet-enders.
New on the menu this year is the Asian Eight-Spice Roast Turkey, marinated with ginger, star anise, cumin, chilli, cinnamon, galangal, turmeric, and saffron. Garlic chilli and sweet-and-sour sauces accompany the hearty dish, along with crispy rice crackers, braised eggs, and achar on the side. There’s also the new Sansho & Bonito Turkey Ham to go for, while familiar favourites include their Herbes de Provence Roast Turkey and Cranberry & Pineapple Turkey Ham.
Find returning signatures with their Mix & Match Bite-sized Canapés, as well as two exciting new flavours: Wasabi Beef Teriyaki and Petit Sapin de Noël. Fans will still get to indulge in classics like Wild Mushroom, Quail & Truffle Salsa, and the Mini Mont Blanc.
Finally, choose from an assortment of log cakes, including the fan-favourite Yuzu Meringue Log Cake, featuring zesty lemon curd, lemon butter cream, yuzu marmalade, joconde sponge, and meringue. Alternatively, try the new Snowy Christmas Forest Log Cake or the “Nuts Over You” Chocolate Log Cake that’s made with milk chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, french chocolate ganache, and sponge.
