AMI Patisserie
Whisk mum away to the tranquil environs of a Kyo-Machiya (Kyoto-style) wooden townhouse right in the heart of Singapore. AMI Pattiserie, which debuted earlier this year as an expansion of an online shop, sees Japanese chef Makoto Arami putting his talent to meld Japanese and French nuances to create exquisite pastries that are not just something to end the meal, but a full experience from start to finish. Gather and bond over a fine selection of ala carte sweets, savouries, and viennoiseries, all finished à la minute and beautifully presented.
Those seeking a deeper gastronomic affair will find it through the pastry-led Chef’s Table Discovery Experience of sweets and savouries in an exclusive eight-seat Tsudoi Dining Room. Chef Arami carefully sources fruits and vegetables in their prime to reflect various micro-seasons, applying refined cooking techniques to draw out subtle, natural flavours and maximise ingredients.
AMI Patisserie is at 27 Scotts Road, Singapore 228222.
