On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, gather your loved ones for a lavish buffet that features over 20 stations packed with fresh seafood, carvery, desserts, and more. The spread includes an international selection of seafood such as freshly shucked oysters and snow crab legs, alongside an assortment of roast meats that include a rotisserie goose topped with classic cranberry sauce.
Round off the feasting on a sweet note with decadent treats like the Valrhona Black Forest Cake, Matcha Financier, and Apple Crumble Tart.
Fancy a celebratory get-together? Go for the restaurant’s exclusive lunch and dinner menus, available throughout December (except on Christmas Day). The lunch menu lets you in on familiar Asian flavours with a Torched Sword Fish prepared with cincalok, pomelo, cilantro lime emulsion, and chilli cutter fish floss, a Japanese Crab “Sawagani” immersed in Thai curry with basil and assam lychee, before ending with a Rosella Mousse Tart dessert, garnished with hawthorn coulis and topped with a citrusy lemongrass ice cream.
Their curated dinner kicks off with a 3 Layer Tartare that neatly stacks Hokkaido scallop, amaebi prawn, skipjack tuna, port wine gel, and Kaluga caviar. Communal dishes then present themselves with the festive Smoked Turkey Breast, featuring beef fat saffron, basil caviar, chestnut, and bonito consommé, and the Wild Caught Fish Plate, which steals the show with grilled mahi-mahi, poached blue-eye cod, and pan-seared giant trevally. End on a sweet note with a Banana Parfait layered with dark rum jelly, gula jawa crisp, and roasted tea ice cream.
