Formerly located at Ang Mo Kio, the bakery has relocated to a more accessible location in the Central Business District. It now boasts a bigger kitchen and offers an even wider range of freshly baked treats.

The bakery, founded in 2020 by self-taught baker Ariel Tang, already has a selection of artisanal bread loaves, savoury bombolonis and croissants, but will soon roll out a series of rotating specials. 

Inspired by the overwhelming popularity of its Sourdough Loaf, it will introduce artisanal breads, including milk loaf, country white sourdough loaf, focaccia and ciabatta. Customers will be able to enjoy the breads as sandwiches too – we suspect the latter will be a hit, especially as a quick lunch option for office workers.

As for its all-time favourites, Sourdough Bombos, try the new Spicy Egg Mayo or Roasted Garlic Mascarpone. Don’t forget to grab a coffee on the way out to complement the bakes.
