Representing Tim Ho Wan’s all-time signatures, the new collection consists of two mains and two sides, now upgraded to present even greater indulgence.

Go for the Crabmeat & Shrimp Wonton with Dry HK Egg Noodles, a satisfying plate of springy egg noodles tossed in lard oil and a house-concocted sauce for that amazing umami taste. Hand-wrapped daily, satisfy your wonton cravings with an added layer of indulgence with the addition of crab meat in their wontons.

For a bolder flavour, there’s their Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin with Dry HK Flat Egg Noodles, featuring al dente servings of flat egg noodles directly imported from Hong Kong and slices of lightly grilled premium beef tenderloin.
