Toast to the festive season with an indulgent 3-Course Festive Menu at Les Bouchons, available from now till Dec 31. This holiday season, the line-up sees more fresh additions created by Executive Chef Mickaël Cornac, offered at Les Bouchons’ popular Ann Siang Road and Robertson Quay outlets, as well as the newest Rochester outlet.

Appetisers can make or break a feast, and the menu’s four moreish options are definitely a pleasant start. Choose between a Homemade French Onion Soup with Emmental Cheese Croutons, Homemade Chicken Liver Mousse, Homemade Norwegian Smoked Salmon Rillette, and a 100g Pan Seared Foie-Gras.

This is followed by four plat options, all of which are accompanied by Les Bouchons’ mixed salad, free-flow homemade fries, as well as stellar homemade dips. Choices are a Grilled Beef Wagyu Oyster Blade MB6/7, Grilled Australian Lamb Chop with Provence Herbs, Grilled Whole French Duck Breast, and Jumbo Prawns Simply Grilled With Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Then round up the meal with your choice of dessert, like their decadent Homemade Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream, Homemade Truffle Brie with Mascarpone and Truffle Pate, or the fit-for-the-gram My Christmas Tree: Coconut Mousse and Citrus Mint, prepared with custom-made “Les Bouchons” and “Merry Christmas” chocolates.

This holiday feast gets even better with the addition of their Christmassy, festive cocktails. The Xmas Breeze is a tangy concoction of Malibu rum, fresh lime juice, blackcurrant syrup, and soda water, while Let It Snow intrigues with its mixture of Baileys, Milo, milk froth, and marshmallows.
