Chef Roberto Davanzo of Bob Alchimia a Spicchi in Italy will arrive at Singapore’s number one pizzeria La Bottega Enoteca this month to host a three-night dinner pop-up. Known for his innovative take on pizzas, including the unconventional dessert ones, Davanzo is ranked No.8 among the top 100 list of master pizza makers at The Best Pizza Awards 2024 organised by The Best Chef. He is also currently ranked 19th in Italy on the renowned 50 Top Pizza Italy 2024 ranking. The previous year saw him standing tall at 18th in the world on the Top 100 Pizza 2023 ranking for The Best Pizza.
Look forward to Davanzo’s award-winning sweet and savoury pizzas in eight courses during this exclusive pop-up.Taste all of his most famed creations that earned him the moniker of the fine-dine pizza alchemist in all of Italy will be on the menu, from pizza bites with marinated anchovies in ponzu, to savoury classics that come with barbecued cabbage and smoked cave-aged sheep ricotta.
End with Mango E Limone, a supersoft dessert made of mascarpone and timut pepper cream, marinated mango, salted lemon gel, tarragon and basil oil. Note that items on the menu may change based on ingredient availability and chef’s inspiration.
