The upcoming Lunar New Year is – would you believe it – just around the corner, and among the many things associated with the prosperous occasion is the eating of lots of great food. Welcoming the new year, Pan Pacific Singapore invites us to revel in such traditions with their specially curated set menus.

From Jan 06 onwards, choose from eight set menus to usher in the Year of the Rabbit over a delicious meal. The wide selection features executive chef Ricky Leung’s signature Chicken Wing stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fresh Crab Meat, Dried Scallops and Truffle, as well as Double-boiled Fish Maw with Bamboo Pith and Dried Scallops in Fish Bone Broth.

There’s also a Prosperity Dim Sum Buffet available all weekend from Jan 07 onwards. Sample the likes of Deep-fried Prawn Dumpling with Fish Roe in Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce and Steamed Charcoal Barbecue Pork Bun with Black Truffle in an all-you-can-eat feast, alongside a complimentary Abundance Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Crispy Silver Fish specially prepared for the occasion.

Other Yu Sheng options available include an Abundance Yu Sheng with South Africa Abalone, Lobster, Scallops, Coral Clam and Ice Lettuce, a Vitality Yu Sheng with Lobster, Abalone and Smoked Salmon, a Double Blessing Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon and Crispy Silver Whitebait, and a Nutritious Prosperity Vegetarian Yu Sheng with Vegetarian Abalone and Ice Lettuce.

To really complete the CNY indulgence, don’t miss out on Hai Tien Lo’s opulent Poon Choy (Pen Cai) options, including the Superior Treasure Pot that features stellar ingredients like 8-head whole abalones, dried oysters, sea cucumbers, dried fish maw, Yunnan golden ear mushrooms, lobster, and roast duck.
