We stopped by Parkroyal on Pickering on Friday to check out the 3rd edition of the Art Apart Fair. The sprawling exhibition, occupying the 14th floor of the hotel, transformed the place into an artistic haven, with a total of more than 1500 art works from 150 international artists. The unique choice of venue was designed to provide audiences with a dynamic and intimate art viewing experience, enabling them to visualize the art pieces in a context that is closer to home.

Enjoy working out around the clock? If so, you'll be pleased to hear that US-based chain Anytime Fitness is opening another 24/7 outlet at MacPherson Community Club at the end of this month. The chain opened its first 24-hour gym here last October at Woodlands's ACE The Place Community Club, and has ambitions to open a grand total of 100 gyms in Singapore by 2019. So if you ever feel the urge to pump some weights at 3am, you now know where to head to.
