During a recent visit to Holland Village, I found a cute little bake shop in the form of PLAINVANILLA; proving beyond a doubt that the cupcake movement is in full swing here (finally!). Unfortunately, they were already sold out for the day, but I've got my eye on flavors like cinnamon brown sugar and dark chocolate ganache (both $3.20).
