Opening in the heart of our civic district, at the Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski Singapore, is EN Group’s exciting new concept, Ka-EN Grill & Sushi Bar. By the team behind popular Japanese restaurants such as EN Dining, Aburi-EN, Tamago-EN, Monster Curry and more, their latest concept focuses on offering us unforgettable experiences with authentic Japanese grills, fresh sashimi and sushi, and a wide selection of fine sakes.

An ideal spot for business luncheons, afterwork gatherings, and to hang out with your favourite people, the space offers both air-conditioned and al fresco seating. From grilled donburi lunch sets on weekdays, to a bar that’s open till midnight, serving supper up to 11pm on weekend evenings, Ka-EN Grill & Sushi Bar promises to be your next go-to destination in town, whether for a quick meal or a night out with the crew.
Look forward to highlights on the menu that include their DIY Premium Wagyu Sumi Yaki Set, where diners get to grill slices of premium A4/A5 Miyazaki Wagyu themselves and enjoy them as delicious sushi accompanied with a special homemade sauce. Alongside grilled A4/A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, the Signature Meat Platter also boasts Iberico pork jowl and teppan chicken for fans of juicy, tender meat.

Their decadent Aburi 12 kinds Kaisen Chirashi Don features a mouth-watering selection of 12 fresh sashimi cuts on sushi rice. If you prefer noodles, go for the umami-rich Shiro Ebi Bukkake Inaniwa Udon.
To have a taste of sake offerings with your meal, the Ka-EN Otsumami Trio with Sake Flight comes with a flight of 3 seasonal sakes and light bites of spear squid with eggs, lemon-marinated jellyfish, and simmered herring roe with kelp and squid.
